If you’ve followed my journey for a while, you know that movement is my thing, teaching is my passion, and feeling strong in my body is non-negotiable.
But entering my postpartum era after welcoming my beautiful daughter, Olivia, has completely shifted my perspective. My why looks a little different these days, but the goal remains exactly the same: to prioritise movement, build deep, functional strength, and show up as the absolute best version of myself.
