Yes the yoga flows are pre-recorded to ensure that you can do them in your own time no matter where you are in the world! We want 11 Coaching to be as accessible as possible.

 

Yes! We cater to all levels of experience as the coaching is personalised to you and your ability.

This is where communication is key! If you stop doing your plan/programme, please let Jess and the 11 Coaching team know so they can help you get back on track or give you some regression exercises to get you back to where you need to be. If you’re going
away and don’t want to workout, then that’s also fine! You deserve to enjoy your holiday!

Your plans are updated every 4 weeks – this may change depending on where you are within your journey and how you are getting on with everything.

Your check-ins will be every week on your designated check-in day and will be completed by you on the app. You can let me know how you’re feeling, update your progress pictures, and update any other measurable stats if you prefer to track your progress this way. Off the back of your check-ins, Jess and the 11 Coaching team will be able to make any necessary changes to your programmes.

You will need access to a gym and a space to roll out your yoga mat. If you don’t have access and wish to train at home, please make sure you have a few different sets of dumbbells that vary in weight.

The minimum commitment is what you have agreed in your initial sign up with a member of the 11 Coaching team. Please check your emails for confirmation on what that is.

You can pay monthly or upfront for your coaching package.

Unfortunately 11 Coaching programmes are not suitable for you if you are currently pregnant.
